1. People across America Sign-up to be Referral Agents.
   
2. Referral Agents meet people (at work, at the grocery stores, in neighborhoods, on the Internet, and every place in between) because they are out networking anyway.
   
3. They listen (and take note) as people tell them professional services that they may need.
   
4. They submit the referral information on the Submit a Referral Link. 
   
5. We send the referral information to our Member Companies. 
   
6. If one of our Member Companies secures new business - the Referral Agent Gets Paid a Referral Fee.
   
7. The Referral Fee is based on the amount of the Referral Fee that the Member Company stated they were willing to pay when they signed up. This ranges from ten (10%) to forty (40%) percent of the amount of the new business secured
   
8. Plus, sometimes our Member Companies OFFER even bigger BONUSES. They inform us and we inform all of our Agents of a Member Company willing to pay even more.
   
9. The Referral Agent gets paid within 30 Days after the Member Company receives payment from the new client. Please note - most Member Companies offer their clients up to 30 day payment terms. So, our office receives payment 10 days after the Member Company gets paid by their client. We cut the Agent checks on the 1st and 15th of every month, so it just depends on when the new business was secured and when each party receives payment
   
10. Our best Agents know not to bother potential clients or us regarding payment. Be patient because the money will come to your mail box as soon as possible. NOW THAT is really MAIL BOX MONEY!
    
11. Our Member Companies are happy to pay our Agents a Referral Fee because, without our Agents, our Member Companies would not have the new business. 
    
12. All Agents and Member Companies are required to work on our Honor System. This is a system based on trust, character, professionalism, and integrity. 
    
13. We do NOT ask Member Companies to verify new business success, or the amounts of new business dollars created from the referral.
    
14. However, if any Member Company or Agent is found to be cheating our Honor System for referral fees, or any other matter (even one time), that Member Company or Agent will be removed from our system for life.
    
15. Anyone can be an Agent even employees, friends, family, and owners of our Member Companies
    
16. Only professional and reputable companies can be Member Companies 
    
17. All Member Companies are required to pay the Referral Fee as they solely selected when they signed up to be a Member Company. ROI, Inc., the parent company of Get Paid For Client Referrals, receives the first six and a half (6.5%) percent portion of the Referral Fee selected by the Member Company for administrative, operations, and marketing expenses associated with Get Paid For Client Referrals. The remainder of the Referral Fee gets paid directly to the Referral Agent

Upon being successful as an Agent (by submitting a referral that a company has secured new business from) and prior to us writing and sending you a check for your referral fee, all Agents must provide a valid Social Security Number or Federal Tax ID Number, along with a viable Mailing Address so that the company may track and report all payments. All Agents are 1099 - Independent Contractors and will always be responsible for their own taxes, expenses, and liabilities and are never to be agents or employees of the company, or any member companies associated with this site. We use an out-sourced payroll company to write and distribute checks and all agents must comply with that payroll companies requirements for payment and federal and state laws pertaining to said payments.
